Because consulting services may involve work performed specifically for a client, fees for services already performed are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
Consulting services are provided to assist clients with planning, coordination, analysis, and implementation.
Grandcrest Management Group Inc does not guarantee any particular business, operational, financial, property, expansion, or other result.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information reasonably necessary for the performance of services and for making their own business and operational decisions.
Recommendations are based on information available to Grandcrest Management Group Inc at the time of the engagement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials, methodologies, processes, and other intellectual property developed or owned by Grandcrest Management Group Inc remain the property of Grandcrest Management Group Inc.
Client-specific deliverables will be governed by the applicable service agreement.
Grandcrest Management Group Inc may assist with identifying, evaluating, or coordinating third-party vendors and service providers.
Third-party services are subject to the terms, pricing, availability, and performance of those third parties. Grandcrest Management Group Inc is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third-party providers except as otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
